Yes, FpP is very flexible: we manufacture both prototypes and sample parts as well as small and large series. Thanks to modern CNC technology and in-house tool development, we can optimally adapt production to the requirements.

Ideally, you should send us a drawing (PDF/STEP), specifications, or a sample. Important details include, among others, wire diameter, spring shape, dimensions, spring travel/force, required tolerances, material, and quantity. If details are missing, we will support you with the design.

Prototypes and sample parts are usually produced at short notice. The exact delivery time depends on complexity, material, and current capacity – after receiving your data, we will immediately provide you with a binding statement.

We manufacture according to DIN EN 15800 / 2092 / 2094 / 2097. For highly demanding applications, tighter, customer-specific tolerances are possible – we are happy to advise you based on your specifications.
